Danny had no wife and kids. He was a loner.
An 18 year old girl was distracted from watching the road, Danny was riding his electric bicycle far to the right on the shoulder of a busy highway. Two witnesses say she vered out of the lane, and plowed into Danny's bike. He flew over the car, and hit head first on the asphalt. He had no bicycle helmet on. He had no chance. He could not be revived in the hospital. He did not deserve to be murdered!
Pray for the young girl. She must live the rest of her life knowing she took a life, by her carelessness. She told police she was tuning the radio. It is six days since the accident, the police have gotten a court order to check her phone records by now. Tomorrow Danny will be creamated and burried with his Dad.
PLEASE tell anybody that gets behind the wheel of a car what a great responsibility they have when operating a 4,000 pound killing machine.
Danny is with his mom and dad now, at peace. Way too soon
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!! We must get drivers off the road who, drink, take any type of drugs,legal or illegal, or take their eyes off the road.
Pass this on, warn people to keep their eyes on the road. I do not want anyone to end up like DANNY!!!!

Update!! I learned, the 18 year old girl that killed Danny got a great Lawyer, she gets a 6 month license suspension and a $500 fine. The police say they could not get a blood test to check for drugs or alcohol! They said they could not check her phone records to see if she was texting. Her parents got a great Lawyer. My daughter years ago when she was single and broke, let her car insurance lapse for 2 months till she had money.A jerk hit her, not her fault. But she lost her license for one year!!
The police said all Dave & Sally can do is file a civil suit to get money. Sally cannot go thru a trial, with going thru 3 doses of kemo, and now a more powerful drug. The rich can commit murder, and get away with it!!!! I also just learned the 18 year old girl did not stop, she kept driving. The only reason she stopped was the pedal broke off Danny's bile and was embedded in her front tire. She had to stop, because of blown tire. She had to walk back to the site of Danny's death. The police said, look she walked back, she had to the car would go no furthur!
